To provide a safe place for all my students to create art.  An all inclusive experience meeting my students at their level of strengths and weaknesses.  

I diversify instruction to adjust lesson content to meet students abilities.  As an instructor that has focused her research studies on arts integration and working with those with disabilities, I have found ways to make art accessible to all my learners.  

I support students in finding happy accidents in their work and appreciate not only the product of art making but the value in the process.

I have been teaching in a variety of settings since 1996 and I am excited to be joining the staff here. I have a Masters degree in Art education from The University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary arts for children and an associates from MCC.
