Her leadership focuses on instructional excellence, faculty development, student support systems, and strong governance structures that ensure long-term sustainability. Grounded in Jewish values and guided by a belief that education is both an intellectual and moral endeavor, Sonia views schools as sacred communities of learning. She is dedicated to nurturing principled, compassionate, and curious learners who are prepared to thrive, lead, and contribute meaningfully to the Jewish people and the world. She works in close partnership with the Board of Trustees to steward the school’s mission and long-term vitality.
