Caroline Korn brings unmatched energy, vision, and heart to her role as Director of Institutional Advancement at Hillel Community Day School. A proud UCLA Bruin and former Wall Street professional with over 30 years of experience, Caroline has called Rochester home since the early 1990s. She has served in leadership roles across numerous synagogues and Jewish agencies and has helped shape some of the most impactful events in the local Jewish community since 1993.
Caroline is deeply committed to the growth of Hillel School and its mission to nurture students through a vibrant, inquiry-based education framed by a strong Jewish lens. She is inspired daily by Hillel’s exceptional faculty and staff, the joy and brilliance of its students, and the school’s enduring connection to Israel, Jewish values, and the wider Rochester community. Through inspiring programming, engaging events, and meaningful philanthropy, Caroline works to cultivate relationships and create opportunities for families to feel truly connected.
